At Linqry, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing for our subscription plans.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: $0/month - No refunds applicable
  • Plus Plan: $9.99/month - Subject to refund policy below
  • Pro Plan: $29.99/month - Subject to refund policy below

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis until canceled.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to paid plans (Plus or Pro):

  • Eligible for customers who have never subscribed to a paid Linqry plan before
  • Request must be made within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Full refund of the first month's subscription fee
  • Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
  • All data and analytics will be preserved but access to paid features will be removed

4. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Extended service outages that significantly impact your ability to use the service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel
  • The billing portal provided by our payment processor (Paddle)
  • Contacting support at linqry@futuregensystems.com

5.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Immediate Effect: No new charges will be made after the current billing period
  • Access Retention: You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No Prorated Refunds: You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your billing period
  • Automatic Downgrade: Your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
  • Data Preservation: All your links, analytics, and data are preserved

5.3 Reactivation

You can resubscribe to a paid plan at any time. Your previous data and settings will be restored upon reactivation.

6. Billing Errors and Disputes

6.1 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge(s). Please report duplicate charges within 60 days.

6.2 Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately at linqry@futuregensystems.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.

6.3 Incorrect Plan Charges

If you are charged for the wrong subscription plan, we will correct the error and refund the difference or apply a credit to your account.

7. Downgrades and Partial Refunds

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan (e.g., Pro to Plus, or paid to Free):

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades
  • Access Retention: You retain access to the higher-tier features until the end of your current billing period
  • Automatic Change: The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle

8. Service Credits

In cases where a refund is not applicable but service issues occurred, we may offer service credits:

  • Credits can be applied to future subscription payments
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance

9. Refund Processing

10.1 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

  • Initial Review: 2-3 business days
  • Refund Issuance: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

10.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

10.3 Notification

You will receive email confirmation when:

  • Your refund request is received
  • Your refund is approved or denied
  • Your refund has been processed

10. Account Termination

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period
  • You will lose access to all paid features immediately
  • We may retain data as required by law

11. Currency and Taxes

All prices are in USD. Refunds are issued in the currency of the original purchase. Taxes paid are refunded where applicable according to local regulations. Some taxes may not be refundable due to local tax laws.

12. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • Please contact us first to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback
  • Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees if the chargeback is found to be invalid

13. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
