About LinqryBot
If LinqryBot appeared in your server logs, this page explains what it is and how to stop it.
User agent
LinqryBot/1.0 (+https://linqry.com/bot)
What it does
LinqryBot powers Linqry’s built-in SEO auditor. When a Linqry user runs an audit on a site they have added to their account, LinqryBot fetches that site’s pages and checks titles, meta descriptions, headings, canonicals, redirects, structured data and broken links.
When it crawls
- →Only on demand, when a user explicitly starts an audit. There is no continuous background crawl of the open web.
- →Requests are host-locked to the site being audited, and capped at 50 pages per run with a small concurrency limit.
- →It reads HTML only. It does not execute JavaScript, submit forms, or follow links off the audited host.
