2. Description of Service

Linqry provides URL shortening, link management, QR code generation, and analytics services. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers with varying features and limits.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Plan Tiers

• Free Plan: Limited features with basic link shortening
• Plus Plan ($9.99/month): Enhanced features for growing businesses
• Pro Plan ($29.99/month): Full access to all premium features

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, though we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or extended service outages. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create links to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in phishing, spam, or deceptive practices
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent security features or abuse the service
• Create links to adult content without proper age verification
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the URLs, custom slugs, and other content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 Link Removal

We reserve the right to remove or disable any shortened links that violate these Terms or applicable laws, without notice.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including analytics data about link clicks and usage.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINQRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances without liability.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
